Poem by Goliath For Elisa. Before Hunters Moon
**
Why can't I keep you from my mind, my heart, my
soul, my very core.
I dream of you in my stone sleep, so beautiful
I do weep.
Why do you plague my dreams?
I think of you when the stars shine and how they
remind me of your eyes.
I imagine your comforting arms around me, a gental
caress
my head on your shoulder, my
heart in your hands.
I dream things I shouldn't.
Feel things I shouldn't.
I can never tell you of my dreams, can never show
you my heart.
I love you far too much, to hurt you with what
I really feel.
You mean more to me than words can say.
Your touch is so soft, so comforting, and tender......electric.
I wonder do you feel it too?
Probly not. I'm just a hopeless romantic.
Who will stand determined, and live content to
just stand by your side.
Protect you from danger, Keep you from harm.
What I feel for you is to priceless to risk.
I runs deeper than any love I have known.
It's more than sexual satisfaction could ever
be.
It's like completion. A joining of
souls, of minds, of hearts/
Is this what true love feels like?????
Must it all remain unsaid?
